How long does shipping take?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
My package has still not arrived?
You can contact us through our contact page! We will be happy to assist you.
My order arrived damaged?
Oh no, we're so sorry to hear that. Luckilly we provide free replacements with return postage paid for by us. Simply contact support and we'll be happy to help.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, if you would like to return your order for a full refund our replacement you have within 30 days of receiving your package to do so.
If you have paid for lifetime warranty, this is extended to 12 months after receiving your order.
Is sculpt belt safe to use?
Yes, sculpt belt uses a gently heated massage which targets cellulite on the skins surface. It's completely painless and non-invasive. Some redness is completely normal for a few minutes and shows it's working.
Can i use this for other areas?
Absolutely, use it on your thighs, back, waist, tummy and abdomen area!
